Royal Fasteners, established in the year 1993, with an aim of manufacturing best quality fasteners. Started on an 1000 sq. feet area with a workforce of 9 workers we have expanded to 26,500 sq. ft. area with increased workforce of 44 workers. We have become a major manufacturer of highly durable array of screws, nuts, bolts, U-bolts, selftapping screws, rivets in variety of materials including different grades of steel, copper and its alloys, brass as well as in stainless steel. Equipped with machinery consisting of Taiwan made header machines, 3 station header machine, chamfer machines, burr free slotting machines, screw washer assembly machine and highspeed roll die threading machines we are currently running production capacity of 11,00,000 screws/shift.

The manufacturing process is based on customer requirement varying in sizes from metric thread M2 to M16 and its equivalent thread sizes in different standards such as DIN, NPT. BSW. BSP and BSPT carried out by team of highly dedicated workforce. Having our own setup electroplating plant, we are capable of providing our customer utmost satisfaction in manufacturing and finishing of the fasteners supplied. We are having our Unit-II as Royal Industrial Service, our subsidiary company based in Jamnagar and setup in 21,000 sq. ft. area with manufacturing capacity of 7,00,000 screws/shift. We have also developed new production line of aluminum and brass metal components.

The workflow in company is quality driven and with the team of self-motivated workers and staff members. All working towards continuous improvement and to achieve excellence in the manufacturing of products. Having expertise in gimped screws we are providing our customers the required torque and design in various gimped screws. In future, we are planning to double our current production capacity by running the production in double shift and procuring the latest and hi-tech quality assurance equipment that will strengthen our process quality.
